Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within India: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Metro cities may receive delivery faster (2–4 business days).

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities may take longer due to courier network availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges of ₹60 apply (or Free Shipping on orders above ₹999 – optional for you).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹30 COD handling fee.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can also track your order on our website under “Track Order” page.

Shipping Partners

  • We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and fast delivery.

Delays

  • While we try to deliver on time, unexpected delays due to weather, logistics, or regional restrictions may occur. We appreciate your patience.

Undelivered Orders (RTO)

  • If the order is returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we can re-ship it after re-confirmation.

  • In case of prepaid orders, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
