Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers may not be eligible for return (unless damaged or defective).

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact us at  hypesight07@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

Our support team will provide you with return instructions.

Pack the product securely and ship it back to us.

Once inspected, we will process your return or exchange.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 day after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds may be processed as store credit or bank transfer.

4. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges or product replacements for eligible items.

If the requested product is unavailable, we may issue store credit or a refund.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

6. Important Notes

Please retain your order confirmation email/receipt for faster processing.

Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to decline returns/exchanges that do not meet our policy conditions.
